Wrap & Graphics Installation Waiver
To ensure a clear understanding and a successful outcome for your custom marine or automotive wrap project, we require your agreement to the terms outlined below. This waiver protects both you and our team, setting expectations for a smooth and satisfying experience. Please review these crucial points, especially after approving your design, before we proceed with installation.
Northstar Precision Wraps Terms & Conditions:
Pre-Existing Conditions
Vinyl wraps and graphics adhere to the existing condition of the vehicle or surface. Northstar Precision Wraps is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing paint defects, rust, body damage, repainted panels, weak clear coat, aftermarket bodywork, or prior repairs.
Paint & Surface Risk
Removal of vinyl graphics or wraps may pull up paint if the paint is not factory original, improperly cured, aged, oxidized, or otherwise compromised. I accept full responsibility for any such paint failure.
Color & Print Variations
Due to material differences, lighting, and printing processes, there may be slight variations in color, finish, or texture between samples, proofs, and final installed product.
Design Approval
All designs will be reviewed and approved by customer for correct spelling, sizing, layout, and placement prior to production. Northstar Precision Wraps is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Care & Maintenance
Recommended care instructions will be proRemoval vided with all graphics. Failure to properly maintain the wrap may reduce its lifespan. Northstar Precision Wraps is not responsible for damage caused by automatic car washes, pressure washing, harsh chemicals, neglect, or misuse.
Environmental Factors
Weather exposure, road debris, sun exposure, and normal wear and tear may affect the longevity of the wrap.
No Guarantee of Removal Condition
While every effort is made to safely remove wraps when requested, Northstar Precision Wraps does not guarantee the condition of paint or surfaces after removal.
Limitation of Liability
Northstar Precision Wraps’ liability is limited to the cost of the graphics installation service provided. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
